Project Director (Real Estate) – Arifwala

Grand City Real Estate is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the planning, development, execution, and successful delivery of a major real estate project based in Arifwala, Punjab. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive project management expertise, and a solid background in construction and stakeholder coordination to ensure the project meets its timelines, quality standards, and budgetary goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall planning, development, and execution phases of the project, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to guarantee successful delivery.
- Oversee contractors, consultants, engineers, and project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and performance.
- Monitor construction progress closely and address any operational or project-related challenges promptly.
- Coordinate effectively with senior management, government authorities, and other key stakeholders to facilitate approvals and smooth project execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with approved designs, regulatory requirements, and project standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and detailed progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
- Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and productivity.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management or development, preferably within real estate or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and real estate project execution methodologies.
- Excellent leadership abilities combined with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project budgeting, planning, and risk management techniques.
- Willingness to be based full-time in Arifwala, Punjab.
