We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer with a strong background in managing construction projects, preferably within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities from small to large scale, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and sustainably. This role requires hands-on involvement in site investigations, data analysis, and coordination among various stakeholders to maintain alignment and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, design, develop, and maintain construction projects of varying scales with a focus on safety and sustainability.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze relevant data, including maps, reports, tests, and MEP drawings.
- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets with daily transaction records.
- Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders at the worksite to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Enforce all safety regulations on-site to guarantee safe working conditions.
- Inspect civil works regularly to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Verify that materials delivered to the site meet specified quality and standards.
- Supervise workmen to ensure tasks are completed safely and within the scheduled timeframe.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a healthcare setup.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in healthcare-related construction projects is highly desirable.
- This is a full-time, in-person position requiring the candidate to be present at the work location.
