Grand City is seeking a motivated and technically proficient Project Engineer specializing in infrastructure and planning to join our team based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure projects, with proven experience in planning, development, and project execution. This role requires effective coordination with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with engineering standards. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor infrastructure development projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth project progress.
- Prepare and review project plans, schedules, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines, reporting any deviations promptly.
- Assist in planning and development activities, including feasibility studies and execution strategies.
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and approvals throughout all project phases.
- Support senior management in project coordination and decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience with a reputable organization.
- Strong expertise in infrastructure projects with a focus on planning and development.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
