Project Engineer

The Project Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. The engineer will be responsible for managing engineering projects from initial concept through to completion. This includes project planning, conducting technical design reviews, coordinating with internal teams, and supervising implementation activities. Daily tasks involve preparing technical documentation, monitoring project progress, managing timelines and resources, and supporting the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and related systems. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, while maintaining clear communication regarding project status and potential risks. Additionally, the engineer will contribute to process improvements, cost optimization, and provide technical support for ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical specifications.
- Conduct technical design reviews and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless project execution.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities for electrical and related systems.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization within projects.
- Provide technical support for ongoing operations and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Project Engineering, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in Project Management and Project Planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, and specifications accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on-site with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to health, safety, and quality practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
