Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects related to kitchen, production, and facility operations to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, prepare technical documentation, and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Support electrical and equipment installations, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend improvements to operational processes and systems.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams, management, and frontline staff to ensure successful project delivery that supports the company’s growth and innovation objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution and maintain clear communication throughout project phases.
- Monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering, particularly in managing technical aspects of equipment, utilities, and facility-related projects.
- Proven skills in Project Management and Project Planning, including scoping work, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Effective communication abilities to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and contractors, as well as to deliver clear project updates.
- Relevant experience in food service, hospitality, manufacturing, or facility engineering environments is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain strong attention to detail within a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with safety standards and basic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design tools.
- Understanding of cost estimation and budgeting processes is a plus.
