Project Executive - PMO

We are seeking a highly organized and client-oriented ERP Project Executive to support and oversee the implementation of Odoo and SAP Business One projects. This role involves close collaboration with Project Managers, functional consultants, and client teams to ensure smooth coordination of project plans, documentation, communication, timelines, deliverables, and key implementation milestones. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving project success by managing all aspects of the project lifecycle and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements, and prepare comprehensive project kick-off presentations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) using MS Project, tracking progress against approved timelines and baselines.
- Prepare effort estimates and assist in the development of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Monitor project scope, manage change requests, and secure client approvals and sign-offs for critical deliverables.
- Document Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), maintain action trackers and RAID logs, and create weekly status reports and steering committee presentations.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, data migration, cutover activities, and go-live readiness with consultants and client teams.
- Track and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when necessary.
- Liaise with functional consultants and client stakeholders across various departments including Finance, Procurement, Inventory/Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Sales & Distribution.
- Oversee project closure activities such as obtaining final sign-offs, handing over to support teams, and documenting lessons learned.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and ensure effective communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA or Master’s degree in Project Management is considered an advantage.
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project executive roles.
- At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on ERP implementation experience with Odoo, SAP Business One, or similar ERP platforms, preferably within an IT services or consulting environment.
- Direct involvement in a minimum of two full ERP implementations, ideally from the vendor or implementation partner perspective.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project is essential, along with solid skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle, including discovery, planning, go-live, and post-go-live support phases.
