Project Lead Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. This role requires a strong technical background in both frontend and backend development, with a focus on building scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project coordinators, business analysts, QA engineers, and UI/UX designers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications that meet business requirements and user needs. Create responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Build scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations with technologies like Node.js, .NET, or Java. Work efficiently with both relational and NoSQL databases to manage data storage and retrieval.

Integrate third-party APIs and external services to enhance application functionality. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure smooth operation. Participate actively in system design, technical discussions, and project planning to contribute to architectural decisions. Conduct thorough code reviews and adhere to development best practices to maintain code quality.

Collaborate effectively with project coordinators, business analysts, QA teams, and UI/UX designers to align development efforts with project goals. Ensure that applications are secure, scalable, and maintainable throughout their lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development is essential. Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development is required. Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js is necessary. Solid backend development skills using Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar technologies are expected.

Comprehensive knowledge of REST APIs, web architecture, and database management is crucial. Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases is required. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and platforms such as GitHub is important. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Experience working on enterprise-level or large-scale applications will be considered an advantage.

Location and Working Hours

This position is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The working hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
