Project Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating responsive frontend interfaces and building scalable backend services and APIs. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including project coordinators, business analysts, QA, and UI/UX designers to deliver secure, maintainable, and high-performance applications. The developer will also participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions to ensure adherence to best practices and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications that meet business requirements.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern frameworks.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations to support application functionality.
- Work with both relational and NoSQL databases to manage data effectively.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services to enhance application capabilities.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for reliability and speed.
- Collaborate closely with project coordinators, business analysts, QA teams, and UI/UX designers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and adhere to development best practices to maintain code quality.
- Participate actively in system design, technical discussions, and project planning sessions.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and maintainable over time.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid backend development experience using technologies like Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, web architecture, and database management.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git/GitHub, and software development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- Experience working on enterprise-level or large-scale applications is considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to technical discussions.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
