Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking ongoing sprints, managing backlogs, and monitoring release timelines using tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Support the team by preparing status updates, documenting meeting notes, and creating simple progress dashboards.
- Serve as a communication link between developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
- Maintain and organize project trackers and documentation to keep information current and accessible.
- Participate in daily standups and sprint meetings to observe and understand real-time coordination processes.
- Provide additional support wherever needed within the PMO team to facilitate smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with or strong interest in project management tools such as ClickUp, Excel, Trello, or Jira.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Genuine enthusiasm for pursuing a career in project management beyond just gaining experience.
- Availability to work onsite at the G-13/4 office in Islamabad.
