Project Management Officer

Key Responsibilities
The Project Management Officer will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects across the organization. This includes coordinating project activities, tracking timelines and deliverables, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. The role requires ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and objectives. Additionally, the officer will assist in resource allocation, provide budgeting support, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies. Preparing progress reports and presentations for stakeholders is an essential part of the role. Daily responsibilities also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating meetings, and maintaining effective communication channels to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate strong project management and program management skills to effectively support end-to-end project execution and alignment with strategic initiatives. Solid analytical skills and budgeting capabilities are necessary to interpret data, manage costs, and aid in informed decision-making. Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with diverse teams, presenting project updates, and engaging stakeholders clearly. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is required. Experience in project coordination or PMO roles is expected, along with proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana. Strong organizational and time-management skills are critical, as is the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement are also important.
