Project Manager – Construction, MEP & HVAC

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary construction and development projects in Taxila. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Civil Works, MEP, HVAC, architectural/design coordination, and overall project execution. This role requires an individual who can independently oversee projects from initial planning through to final handover, ensuring all aspects meet quality, safety, and budgetary standards. Preference will be given to candidates based in or near Taxila.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all phases including planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate efforts across Civil, MEP, HVAC, architectural, and other design disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to maintain progress and control costs.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations.
- Review drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical submissions, and track project progress regularly.
- Oversee HVAC installations, systems, and related technical works to ensure compliance and functionality.
- Identify and resolve delays, design conflicts, HVAC/MEP coordination challenges, and execution risks promptly.
- Conduct site meetings, maintain progress reports, and ensure thorough project documentation.
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to guarantee timely completion within approved parameters.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities to close out projects effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing construction or development projects involving Civil, MEP, and HVAC works.
- Strong technical understanding of multidisciplinary construction processes and the ability to manage complex project coordination.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- PMP or an equivalent project management certification will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates based in or near Taxila will be given preference due to project location requirements.
