Malak SMC Pvt Ltd is looking for a Project Manager – Retail Development based in Lahore to oversee retail store projects from initial costing and planning stages through to execution and final handover. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all approved brand and quality standards. This role requires strong coordination between various stakeholders and a hands-on approach to managing site activities and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and overall execution.
- Coordinate with design teams, construction crews, procurement, contractors, vendors, and mall management to ensure smooth project progress.
- Review drawings, bills of quantities (BOQs), materials, quotations, and project requirements for accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor site progress, quality control, costs, and adherence to schedules.
- Identify and resolve risks, delays, scope changes, and coordination challenges promptly.
- Manage contractor and vendor performance while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare project status reports, trackers, and handover documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of project management experience, preferably in retail, fit-out, commercial, or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, materials, costing, scheduling, and site execution processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to conduct regular site visits and travel between cities as required.
