This role requires leading investigations into ambiguous or undefined areas, defining scope and measurable deliverables, and executing initiatives that enhance organizational performance by improving speed, efficiency, cost, or revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects using PMO principles, ensuring clear definition of scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Partner and Product Management, Purchasing, Operations, IT, Finance, and Sales to prioritize and drive initiatives.
- Investigate complex and ambiguous business challenges, developing actionable solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Apply independent judgment and intellectual abilities to decision-making processes.
- Drive improvements that may result in increased operational speed, enhanced efficiency, cost reduction, or revenue growth.
- Maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project lifecycles.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing projects in a complex, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguous requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing technical and business leaders.
- Ability to define project scope, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
- Familiarity with PMO methodologies and best practices.
