PROJECT MANAGER (Civil Construction)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in civil construction to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing building and villa construction projects, demonstrating the ability to oversee all aspects from planning to completion. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee building and villa construction projects from initiation through completion.
- Interpret and utilize construction drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project schedules to guide project execution.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain workflow and meet project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues promptly.
- Resolve on-site challenges and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience managing building and villa construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, budgeting, and project scheduling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants effectively.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
