We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project progress.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations, safety protocols, and approved design specifications.
- Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues before they impact the project.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation for transparency and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and site coordination.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or AutoCAD is highly desirable.
