Project Manager

Ideal Avenue is seeking a responsible and organized Project Manager to join our team based in Daska. The successful candidate will be tasked with planning, coordinating, and overseeing various project activities to ensure timely and efficient completion. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and maintain smooth project execution while meeting all deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily project activities to ensure progress aligns with project goals.
- Coordinate effectively with different teams to facilitate smooth execution of projects.
- Monitor project timelines, track assigned tasks, and ensure milestones are met.
- Ensure all work complies with project requirements and quality standards.
- Identify potential project issues and implement timely solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including records and reports.
- Provide regular updates on project status to management.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and team members to support project objectives.
- Ensure all deadlines and targets are consistently achieved.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduation qualification.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.

This is a full-time position located at Kasso Wala Stop, Daska Pasroor Road, Daska. The role requires working on-site to maintain close coordination with teams and stakeholders. The monthly salary for this position is Rs100,000.
