We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end eBook publishing and marketing projects for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are executed efficiently and client expectations are met. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The position is full-time, based on-site in DHA Phase 5, Karachi, and operates during night shift hours from 8 PM to 5 AM to align with US client time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple eBook publishing and marketing projects concurrently, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate effectively with authors, editors, designers, and marketing professionals to coordinate project tasks.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with US clients and internal teams to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Identify potential project risks and issues early, develop contingency plans, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project timelines closely and proactively resolve any challenges that may arise during execution.
- Continuously evaluate and improve publishing and marketing workflows to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within publishing or digital content industries.
- Demonstrated ability to work with US clients or teams, with flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to foster collaboration and transparency.
