Project Manager - Ebooks

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager specializing in eBook and Design Sales to join our team onsite in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. This full-time role operates from 4 pm to 1 am and requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a digital agency or similar environment. The successful candidate will manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and high client satisfaction. Experience in handling projects related to eBook production, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and graphic/UI/UX design is essential. Strong client relationship management and upselling abilities are critical to maximize business growth and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of client projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining excellent communication and strong relationships.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, marketers, and content specialists to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Collect project requirements, develop timelines, track progress, and provide regular updates to clients.
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities for additional services such as website development, mobile apps, digital marketing, branding, SEO, and design solutions.
- Address client queries, manage revisions, and handle escalations professionally and promptly.
- Monitor project budgets, deadlines, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and CRM records.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding and project handover.
- Ensure all projects meet company quality standards and client expectations.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or Client Success Manager within a digital agency or related industry.
- Proven track record managing projects involving eBook creation, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and graphic design.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and excellent client communication skills.
- Proficient verbal and written English communication abilities.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and closing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management and CRM tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
