MEC Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee installation projects and site teams across Pakistan. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong engineering or construction background who can take full ownership of projects from site readiness through installation to final handover. The ideal candidate will be based in Lahore but must be willing to travel frequently nationwide to supervise multiple projects and ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage installation projects across various cities in Pakistan, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Supervise project managers, site supervisors, masons, and installation teams to maintain high standards of work.
- Plan manpower allocation, installation schedules, and site mobilization effectively.
- Ensure all sites are properly prepared before installation begins, including verifying levels, plastering, waterproofing, and other civil works.
- Coordinate closely with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to align project objectives and resolve issues.
- Monitor installation quality, ensuring compliance with MEC’s standards and specifications.
- Identify potential site problems early and take prompt action to resolve or escalate them to avoid delays.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as site reports, measurements, progress updates, and handover records.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and systems to streamline installation operations.
- Track project timelines, team performance, and installation-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support training and development of installation teams to enhance technical skills and improve practices.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials, grout, adhesives, and other installation supplies with relevant departments.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide clear, detailed reports to management.
- Take full ownership of installation-related client issues and ensure their resolution to maintain client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience in construction, civil works, finishing, or project/site management.
- Proven ability to manage masons, contractors, and site teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction site processes, including measurements, levels, finishes, and quality control.
- Mature, organized, and confident in interacting with clients, architects, and contractors.
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working with systems, SOPs, and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Pakistan for project supervision and site visits.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Ideally, candidates should have 7 or more years of experience in construction or project management roles.
- The position is Lahore-based with frequent nationwide travel required.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs150,000 per month.
- This is an in-person role demanding active site presence and direct team management.
