We are seeking a motivated Project Manager Intern to join our dynamic team and oversee the full lifecycle of software development projects. This role offers hands-on experience in managing projects from initial planning through to successful deployment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinate effectively with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and clients to align project goals and expectations. Track project progress diligently, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues proactively to maintain smooth workflows. Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Required Qualifications
A PMI certification such as PMP or CAPM is preferred. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Prior experience managing software or IT projects is essential. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required. Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms is expected. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are critical to succeed in this role.
