Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all phases of project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to maintain control over costs and deadlines.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site visits and inspections to maintain high construction standards.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to address any issues that arise during construction.
- Promote a culture of transparency and customer satisfaction by maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients and team members.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate development or construction projects, preferably involving residential and commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in budgeting, scheduling software, and project management platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve project objectives within set timelines.
- Sound understanding of construction processes, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
