Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Project Manager based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our Marketing & Project Operations team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will independently manage projects from understanding client requirements through to final delivery. This role demands a highly organized and proactive professional capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear communication between clients, management, and team members, and driving projects to successful completion on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Requirements & Project Planning: Understand project briefs, client objectives, and expectations. Clarify scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. Gather reference materials, brand guidelines, and content assets. Develop detailed project plans with milestones and actionable tasks, identifying dependencies, priorities, deadlines, and resource needs.

- Project Setup & Task Assignment: Organize projects using tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Notion. Break down projects into manageable tasks, assign them to appropriate team members, and provide clear instructions, deadlines, and expected outcomes. Ensure all team members understand their responsibilities and project priorities.

- Team Coordination & Project Execution: Collaborate with graphic designers, digital marketers, content writers, developers, and other team members. Monitor progress, follow up on pending tasks, conduct project meetings, and provide updates to management and clients. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on schedule.

- Quality Review & Approval: Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements and brand guidelines. Manage revisions by coordinating with team members and verifying changes before submitting work for approval. Obtain internal approvals prior to client delivery.

- Client Communication & Feedback Management: Serve as the primary contact for project-related communication. Provide regular progress updates and communicate any delays or challenges proactively. Deliver completed work with clear summaries, collect client feedback, and translate it into actionable tasks to manage revisions until final approval.

- Final Delivery & Project Closure: Ensure all final files, links, and documents are complete and organized. Confirm projects meet agreed scope and acceptance criteria. Obtain final client approval and communicate project completion. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, feedback, and delivery reports. Prepare weekly status reports highlighting completed tasks, pending work, upcoming deadlines, and potential risks.

Required Qualifications

- 4 to 5 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably within digital marketing, web design, software development, or creative agencies.
- Proven ability to manage projects from requirements gathering through to final delivery.
- Strong skills in project planning, task breakdown, resource allocation, and deadline management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client expectations.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Notion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and project reporting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Compensation: Starting from Rs70,000 per month
Work Location: On-site in Islamabad/Rawalpindi
