PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager specializing in Civil Construction to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing building and villa construction projects, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee building and villa construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Interpret and utilize construction drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project schedules to guide project activities.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain smooth project operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and project goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate project success.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in managing building and villa construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, budgeting, and project scheduling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on quality, safety, and timely project completion.
