Meezotech is looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager with a strong background in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting project meetings, and working closely with the CEO to ensure projects align with business objectives, timelines, and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, stakeholders, department heads, and internal teams to discuss project progress, requirements, and deliverables.
- Work directly with the CEO to provide project updates, discuss priorities, present progress reports, and support strategic decision-making.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, technical teams, management, and clients.
- Translate business requirements into clear project plans, technical deliverables, and actionable tasks.
- Monitor project budgets, financial performance, resource allocation, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and other technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, KPIs, and deliverables while proactively addressing delays and risks.
- Identify technical and operational challenges and coordinate with relevant teams to develop effective solutions.
- Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and management updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements and company objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of proven experience in technical project management within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management practices.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, client communication, and conducting project meetings.
- Ability to work directly with the CEO and senior management, providing clear updates and actionable insights.
- Experience with project budgeting, financial tracking, resource planning, and cost management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
