Project Manager

Paklogics is seeking a technically proficient Project Manager to oversee software projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate development and QA teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. This role requires hands-on management of project timelines, risk mitigation, and effective communication with both clients and internal teams. The position is based on-site at Model Town, Lahore, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate efforts between development and QA teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and resolve any blockers affecting delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project requirements and updates.
- Oversee testing processes, bug tracking, and release readiness to guarantee quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within software development.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Practical knowledge of Software Quality Assurance (SQA), testing methodologies, bug tracking, and release management.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Proven skills in planning, problem-solving, and team coordination.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare domain is considered an advantage.
