Oware Technologies Inc. is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their team in Karachi Division. The company develops O360, a sophisticated cloud-based supply chain management platform designed for manufacturers, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and freight forwarders. This platform integrates warehousing, transportation, and AI-driven analytics to enhance visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across supply chains. The Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the successful implementation of O360 and related logistics projects, ensuring smooth coordination among teams and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution for O360 implementations and logistics initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and compliance standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including logistics, operations, and technology, to streamline workflows and support project objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress and identifying potential risks.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Support expediting activities by managing critical orders, monitoring lead times, and ensuring timely delivery of project-related materials.
- Verify project deliverables through inspection and validation of documentation to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Continuously improve project management processes and maintain thorough documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in project management, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong expediting skills with the ability to manage critical orders and monitor lead times effectively.
- Experience in logistics management, particularly within supply chain operations, transportation coordination, and warehouse or 3PL environments.
- Competency in inspection processes to validate deliverables and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience working on technology-driven or logistics projects.
