KoderLabs is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to ongoing support. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple scrum teams and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage risks, align stakeholders, and maintain high-quality standards while driving projects to successful completion within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management, guiding projects from ideation through to ongoing support phases.
- Collaborate effectively with various functional teams to ensure seamless delivery across multiple scrum teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
- Implement and manage Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution to keep projects on track.
- Oversee project budgeting and resource allocation to optimize cost efficiency.
- Maintain project quality standards and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Continuously engage stakeholders and teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Drive delivery excellence across multiple scrum teams and product lines, ensuring consistent performance and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software project management.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and proven experience managing scrum teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Competitive salary starting from Rs 200,000 per month.
