We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end infrastructure and cloud projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead globally distributed teams. A solid technical understanding of cloud migrations, DevOps, application development, and infrastructure implementations is essential. This role involves planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering technology projects within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards, while collaborating closely with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of IT projects and consulting engagements, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating meetings such as kick-offs, status reviews, steering committees, and project closures.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and consultants; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints; develop mitigation and contingency plans; escalate critical issues as needed.
- Track budgets, costs, and resource utilization; manage project profitability, billing milestones, contract management, change requests, and scope control.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices; monitor deliverables for quality and compliance.
- Conduct lessons-learned sessions and drive continuous process improvements.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations; maintain comprehensive project documentation and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of IT project management experience, including managing digital transformation teams in both agile and waterfall environments within IT services, software development, or consulting.
- Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with enterprise clients and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps deployments and software development lifecycles.
- Expertise in project planning and scheduling using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Strong skills in resource and budget management, vendor and contract management, risk and issue management, and IT infrastructure.
- Core competencies include leadership, excellent communication and stakeholder management, critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, accountability, time management, adaptability, client relationship management, and collaboration.
- Industry experience in IT consulting services, digital transformation, cloud migration, ERP/CRM implementations, cybersecurity, and data analytics is preferred.
