Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Software Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initial concept through to ongoing support. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery across multiple scrum teams, acting as the central liaison between stakeholders and internal teams. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting business objectives. The position is based onsite and demands a proactive approach to risk management, resource allocation, and budget oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project management, guiding projects from ideation through to continuous support and maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with various functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery across multiple scrum teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement Agile methodologies, including managing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive team productivity and project progress.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee project budgeting and resource management to optimize cost efficiency and ensure appropriate allocation of personnel and tools.
- Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring that all projects meet defined business goals and deliver value to the organization.
- Align stakeholders and teams continuously, fostering collaboration and transparency to support project success.
- Ensure delivery excellence across multiple scrum teams and product lines, balancing priorities and managing dependencies effectively.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Software Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully managing software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and practical experience managing scrum teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.
