Project Manager

AZAL Project Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of expertise to join their team in Karachi, Pakistan. The company specializes in delivering comprehensive project, construction, and design management services for high-end residential and corporate developments. The role demands a professional who can ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire project execution process from initial planning through to final handover.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality control, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise to keep the project on track.
- Foster strong communication among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven project management experience, particularly within construction and interiors.
- Demonstrated expertise in supervision, quality assurance, and quality control (QA/QC) processes.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
