Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage implementation and operations projects within the supply chain domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating complex projects, working closely with senior client stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes and hands-on experience with relevant tools, enabling effective translation of client needs into actionable project plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and oversee customer implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and ensuring readiness for go-live.
- Act as the primary liaison for client stakeholders across operations, warehousing, logistics, IT, and management teams.
- Analyze and map client warehouse and logistics processes, converting them into clear, actionable requirements for the product team.
- Collaborate closely with both clients and internal product and engineering teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct user training sessions, and provide support following project go-live.
- Monitor project risks, scope changes, and overall progress, delivering regular status updates to clients and internal leadership.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing implementation or operations projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior client stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and order fulfillment.
- Practical experience with supply chain tools such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or ERP supply chain modules.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a proactive approach to task management and challenge resolution.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A background in software engineering is not required.
