Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive projects that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, develop detailed plans, and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor project progress by tracking milestones and managing any changes to scope, schedule, or costs.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies while resolving issues as they arise.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies regularly to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage project budgets to maintain cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the IT or BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to organize and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Compensation and Work Location:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000. This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated work location.
