KoreSys Technologies is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee production across our content, design, web, and SEO teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a clear focus on project goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, develop detailed plans and timelines, and track deliverables from the initial client brief through to project launch.
- Manage daily production workflows, monitoring team output to ensure quality standards are consistently met and deadlines adhered to.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by leading calls and progress meetings, while coordinating efforts between internal teams and external vendors.
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and scope changes meticulously, ensuring all adjustments are documented and agreed upon.
- Identify opportunities for project expansion and upselling by understanding clients’ evolving business needs during interactions.
- Track project milestones, assess workload and team capacity, proactively identify risks, and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
- Prepare regular status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including change logs.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools, including experience working with Gantt charts or timeline views.
- Strong client communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Excellent command of English, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Google Project Management certification are considered a strong advantage.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in PECHS Block 6, Karachi. The work schedule is Monday through Friday.
