Key Responsibilities

Project Planning: Define project scope based on client business and resource requirements within a single Line of Business (LOB), ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Scope, Schedule, and Configuration Management: Review key project deliverables to confirm alignment with client expectations, quality standards, and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Provide constructive feedback and guide technical leads to implement necessary improvements. Prepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to monitor operational, quality, and fulfillment parameters. Promptly escalate any deviations from the project charter and ensure corrective actions are taken to maintain compliance.

Resource and Team Management: Plan and allocate resources according to project needs, manage attrition, and oversee team performance. Conduct performance appraisals and mentor team members to support their professional development and continuous improvement.

Quality and Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks or issues, develop mitigation strategies, and collaborate with quality assurance teams to integrate quality planning into project execution.

Engagement Economics: Develop project estimates aligned with scope, approach, and milestones. Manage change requests effectively to ensure project economics remain on track.

Pursuit Management: Support proposal preparation and estimation activities for upcoming engagements within the assigned LOB.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with technical teams and senior client stakeholders, including Directors, to facilitate sprint planning, resolve delivery issues, and provide regular project updates. Maintain ongoing communication with Workforce Management and Quality Assurance teams to ensure resource fulfillment and adherence to quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management within technology services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform for Microsoft 365.
- Strong ability to define project scope, manage project economics, and engage with senior client stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in resource planning, risk management, and quality assurance integration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
