Project Manager L2(Contract)

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning: Establish and lead delivery frameworks across complex software applications and tools for multiple lines of business (LOBs). Drive integrated planning, resource allocation, and governance structures while proactively identifying risks and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Scope, Schedule, and Configuration Management: Review project deliverables to enhance execution by defining new tools and processes. Promote operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and leverage AI technologies to optimize efficiency. Prepare consolidated governance reports, including MIS and dashboards, for leadership reviews. Implement cross-LOB governance frameworks to reduce process exceptions and prevent revenue leakage.

Resource and Team Management: Oversee resource allocation plans and attrition rates, developing strategies for optimizing onshore and offshore teams across multiple LOBs. Define performance evaluation criteria and establish career development plans to nurture talent and improve team effectiveness.

Quality and Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Lead continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing overall project outcomes and delivery quality.

Engagement Economics: Monitor project estimates against actuals and manage resource allocation within LOBs. Take financial accountability for both top-line and bottom-line growth across multiple business units. Drive initiatives focused on revenue realization and margin improvement at the program level.

Pursuit Management: Participate in Request for Proposals (RFPs), identify mining opportunities within existing accounts, and contribute to the development of go-to-market materials for multi-LOB solutions. Engage in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and support strategic pursuits.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment across multiple LOBs. Facilitate governance meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to uncover new opportunities and promote cross-LOB collaboration.

Innovation: Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies to enhance project delivery and improve organizational efficiency, fostering a culture of innovation.

Required Qualifications

- Over 10 years of experience in project management within complex technology and application landscapes.
- Proven ability to lead delivery frameworks, resource management, and governance across multiple lines of business.
- Strong expertise in risk management, financial accountability, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with AI-driven process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership, performance evaluation, and career development for diverse, global teams.
