We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager with over 5 years of experience to join our mobile gaming team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams, focusing on efficient planning, execution, risk management, and timely delivery. You will collaborate closely with Game Development, Art, Design, QA, Product, and other stakeholders to ensure projects align with business goals and are delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, and overall project health.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accountability across teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as needed.
- Maintain clear communication between teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Manage changing priorities while keeping projects aligned with business objectives.
- Escalate critical risks, delays, and resource-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare regular project status reports and updates for management.
- Track project KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Improve project management processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
- Ensure projects remain within agreed scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Project Management, preferably within mobile gaming, game development, software, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Superior organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk-management capabilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience managing projects through sprint-based development cycles.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant credentials are a plus.
