Project Manager

The Vertical, a leading developer based in Lahore, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects exceeding 1 million square feet. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-rise, multi-storey developments and complex structural works. This role demands strong leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end execution of high-rise and large-scale projects spanning over 1 million square feet.
- Manage complex construction elements including multiple basements, deep excavations, and intricate structural works.
- Supervise and coordinate large multidisciplinary teams across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, Quantity Surveying, Planning, and Procurement departments.
- Oversee the preparation and review of drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), procurement activities, MEP coordination, and construction execution.
- Drive project programmes, ensuring quality standards, cost control, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
- Manage interfaces and maintain effective coordination among clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Lead project review meetings, maintain clear stakeholder communication, and deliver presentations to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BSc) from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale and iconic projects in both the Middle East and Pakistan.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven expertise in interface management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, procurement processes, MEP systems, and overall construction management.
- Willingness to be based in Lahore.
