Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager based onsite in Lahore to take full ownership of software projects from initial planning through to successful delivery. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, support teams, and various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and align with business goals. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication will be critical to driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, track, and manage software development projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate activities across development, QA, DevOps, and support teams.
- Lead project meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively work towards their resolution.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders to keep them informed.
- Maintain project documentation, tasks, and timelines using Jira and Confluence.
- Support release planning and contribute to smooth project execution.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve team processes and enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1.5 years’ experience managing software development projects.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Practical experience working with Jira and Confluence tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management credentials.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
- At least one year of prior experience in Software QA or Development.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000.
- This is an in-person role based in Lahore.
