We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee projects focused on growth and brand expansion. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, supply chain, and retail operations to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within scope, and on budget. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high-quality standards will be essential to driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate efforts between internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects meet deadlines, stay within scope, and adhere to budget constraints.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to highlight successes and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize resource utilization by balancing workloads to maintain full productivity without overburdening team members.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet defined benchmarks and brand expectations.
- Perform regular quality checks to guarantee consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in project management, preferably within the retail, luxury, or software industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with successful outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
