Project Manager (Mid)

We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager to independently lead the delivery of enterprise client engagements. This role requires managing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The successful candidate will coordinate efforts across engineering, data, AI, and design teams, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and AI, to achieve project milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, providing regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
- Proactively identify risks and issues early in the project, managing change requests and scope creep to minimize impact.
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies where applicable to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that all delivered solutions meet client requirements and adhere to established quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably within technology or consulting environments.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously, maintaining high levels of coordination and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in PMP or Scrum is highly desirable.
- Experience in delivering enterprise software projects or systems integration initiatives is a plus.
