Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Digitization Project from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including resource allocation, client coordination, quality assurance, and ensuring that all milestones are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee multiple teams working on scanning, OCR, data entry, and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including scheduling and resource management.
- Supervise operations related to scanning, OCR, data entry, quality control, and verification to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate effectively with client representatives and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, team productivity, deliverables, and timelines to ensure milestones are met.
- Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, data security protocols, and quality standards throughout the project.
- Identify potential risks, operational challenges, and escalate issues as necessary to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Prepare and distribute regular progress reports to management and clients, providing transparency and updates on project status.
- Drive timely completion of the project, secure client acceptance, and oversee the successful handover of deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in project management.
- Strong skills in project planning, client coordination, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities to manage complex project demands.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing large-scale digitization, document management, data processing, IT, or software implementation projects is highly desirable.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs 100,000. The role requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
