Project Manager Technical Lead

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team and support our US-based clients. This role requires a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in project management to ensure successful delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will oversee consistent reporting, risk mitigation, timeline adherence, and cost control while working closely with functional managers to facilitate and prioritize processes. This position demands a proactive approach to managing projects from initiation through closure, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure consistent and accurate reporting, risk mitigation, timeline management, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the software development process to ensure it operates as intended and meets quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Functional Managers to facilitate, encourage, and prioritize project processes.
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects according to established Project Management best practices.
- Coordinate communications and meetings with offshore clients to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Maintain an up-to-date Project Schedule and ensure all project deliverables are produced on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Support professional development and training initiatives for team members.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management, highlighting progress and any issues.
- Use a variety of processes, meetings, and documentation to maintain forward momentum and promptly identify potential problems.
- Enforce adherence to company guidelines and processes, monitoring compliance across teams.
- Ensure the development team maintains proper version control and configuration management.
- Facilitate the sharing of lessons learned with relevant personnel to improve future project outcomes.
- Take full responsibility for the on-time delivery of solutions.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects based on recognized Project Management principles and best practices.
- Master’s Degree in Science or Business.
- Experience working with emerging technologies such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain.
