Project Manager Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team and support our US-based clients. This role requires a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in project management to ensure successful delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent reporting, mitigating risks, controlling timelines and costs, and ensuring that the development process operates smoothly and efficiently. Collaboration with Functional Managers and offshore clients is essential to gather requirements, define scope, and drive projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure consistent and accurate reporting, risk mitigation, timeline adherence, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate the software development process to ensure it functions as intended and meets client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Functional Managers to prioritize and encourage process improvements.
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects following established Project Management best practices.
- Organize and lead communications and meetings with offshore clients to collect requirements and prepare project scope.
- Deliver project outputs on time, within budget, and within scope, while maintaining an up-to-date project schedule.
- Support the professional development and training of team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Utilize various processes, meetings, and documentation to maintain project momentum and promptly identify issues.
- Enforce adherence to company guidelines and processes, monitoring compliance throughout the project.
- Ensure the development team properly manages version control and configuration management.
- Facilitate the sharing of lessons learned with relevant personnel to promote continuous improvement.
- Take full responsibility for the on-time delivery of solutions that meet client requirements.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to maintain organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management, demonstrating the ability to lead projects from initiation to closure.
- Proven expertise in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects based on recognized Project Management principles and best practices.
- Master’s Degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with cutting-edge technologies such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain.
