Project Supervisor(Vamshi)

We are seeking a dedicated Project Supervisor with 2 to 8 years of experience to oversee the installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators across multiple projects within a designated territory. The successful candidate will manage sub-contractors to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery, contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction. This role requires close coordination with various internal teams, including logistics, engineering, and service, to facilitate smooth project execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute the installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators according to agreed timelines, budgets, and company safety and quality standards.
- Supervise and guide sub-contractors’ workforce to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely availability of materials, collaborate with the engineering team for troubleshooting, and work with the service team to guarantee seamless project handover.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech or BE) in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines, or a relevant Diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years and up to 8 years of experience in project supervision, preferably within elevator or escalator installation or a related field.
