Project Technical Support

This role involves managing key projects within a designated region by coordinating research and development resources from headquarters to develop and execute project delivery plans. The candidate will oversee pre-delivery preparations and ensure smooth implementation and support for both major projects and small to medium-sized SMB projects. Responsibilities include technical configuration, debugging, installation, and commissioning according to customer requirements, resolving technical issues during project execution, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery. The role also requires providing technical training and product usage guidance to customers, enabling them to effectively utilize the products involved in the projects.

The candidate will be expected to respond promptly to customer technical inquiries, offering on-site or remote troubleshooting support. Coordination with R&D and product teams to address complex technical challenges is essential, along with tracking problem resolution progress and communicating solutions to customers. Gathering customer feedback and market insights is a key part of the role, as is monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and suggesting improvements. The candidate will maintain detailed records of the project delivery process, organize project documentation, and prepare comprehensive project summary reports upon completion. Participation in project acceptance and presentations is also required to demonstrate project outcomes and secure formal acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage key regional projects by coordinating R&D resources to develop and implement delivery plans.
- Oversee technical configuration, debugging, installation, and commissioning of projects according to customer specifications.
- Provide technical training and product usage guidance to customers to ensure product familiarity.
- Respond quickly to technical questions, conduct troubleshooting on-site or remotely, and collaborate with R&D and product teams to resolve complex issues.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and market information to inform project progress and product improvements.
- Document project delivery processes, organize materials, and produce detailed project summary reports.
- Participate in project acceptance procedures and presentations to demonstrate project functionality and secure approval.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in English as the working language.
- Minimum of one year of project delivery experience.
- Strong technical documentation and writing skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a strong service orientation.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and hardworking with a responsible and proactive work attitude.
- Ability to effectively follow up on tasks to ensure successful project closure.
- Competent in on-site presentations and document editing.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the security, ICT, or communication industries.
- Familiarity with security products and network technologies.
