A reputable logistics company based in Civil Lines, Karachi, is seeking a dedicated Project Trainee to join their team on a full-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in logistics contract management and data analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team to ensure accuracy in shipment data and support process improvements within the organization. The monthly salary for this position ranges from PKR 50,000 to 60,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile logistics contracts with data maintained in the company’s systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain and regularly update the master database of contractual inputs using Excel.
- Develop an Excel-based calculator leveraging Microsoft Copilot to validate the accuracy of shipment data.
- Review contractual and system data to identify and report any discrepancies.
- Assist in data validation, generate reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with strong data handling and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations is preferred to better grasp the nature of the data and contracts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate findings clearly.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools will be considered an advantage, as it supports the development of automated validation processes.
