Promoters

We are seeking a dynamic Promoter to serve as the on-ground representative for our Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) product across various retail outlets nationwide. This role involves engaging directly with walk-in customers, clearly explaining the financing options available, and facilitating the completion of applications at the point of sale. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, possess strong communication skills, and be motivated to meet sales and conversion targets while maintaining excellent relationships with outlet partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present and explain the BNPL financing option to customers at the outlet counter in a clear and approachable manner.
- Guide customers through the application process, including documentation and basic Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Achieve daily outlet-level targets for applications initiated and conversions completed.
- Maintain accurate daily reports on footfall, applications, and conversion rates.
- Escalate any customer queries or complex cases to the Manager, Retail Financing for resolution.
- Represent the brand professionally and foster strong relationships with retail partners at the outlet level.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Matriculation or Intermediate.
- Previous experience in sales or working on a retail floor is preferred.
- Ability to explain financial concepts such as installments, markup, and tenor to customers who may be unfamiliar with these terms.
- Willingness to work at the assigned outlet location and be based locally.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in EMI or installment sales, or mobile financing within a retail environment is advantageous.
- Fluency in the local language relevant to the outlet’s market is highly desirable to enhance customer engagement and communication.
