Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to offer relevant property solutions.
- Provide comprehensive demonstrations of property units and arrange site visits as needed.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals while maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients.
- Follow up with clients regularly to stay updated on any changes in their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.

Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- A passion for sales, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- At least one year of sales experience; however, fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
