Property Consultant

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join the team as a Property Consultant - Project Sales. This role involves actively engaging with clients to understand their property needs, providing detailed demonstrations, and facilitating site visits to ensure successful property sales. As a key representative of Zameen.com, you will deliver a seamless and positive customer experience while helping clients navigate the property market both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to recommend suitable property options.
- Provide detailed demonstrations of property units and arrange site visits to showcase available projects.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the face of Zameen.com, representing the company’s values and commitment to excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A passion for sales with a strong commitment to customer service and excellence.
- At least one year of sales experience; fresh graduates with a strong interest in real estate sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
