We are seeking a dedicated Property Survey Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in the real estate sector to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. The role involves working from 10 AM to 8 PM and offers a market-competitive salary along with commission and incentives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and verifying rental and sale properties within a designated region, maintaining strong relationships with property owners, and ensuring all agreements are properly negotiated and documented. This position requires a proactive individual who is confident in fieldwork and committed to achieving weekly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify available rental and sale properties within the assigned region.
- Visit properties and communicate directly with property owners to discuss terms and conditions.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements or No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for identified properties.
- Ensure approval is obtained exclusively from original property owners before listing or collecting any property information.
- Follow up on client requirements and actively search for suitable properties to meet their needs.
- Coordinate with the Social Media Team to advertise properties and upload listings across all social media platforms.
- Work with existing property data to verify ownership and authenticity within the assigned area.
- Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of verified properties and owners.
- Consistently achieve weekly targets for new properties identified and collected.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in property or real estate-related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with property owners.
- Good knowledge of the assigned geographical area or region.
- Confidence in dealing directly with original property owners.
- Proven ability to verify and handle transactions exclusively with original owners.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to work primarily in the field.
